The Holiday Activities and Food Program (HAF) is funded by the Department for Education. TB SPORT are running face to face sessions that are FREE to children and young people aged 4 – 13 years and receiving benefits-related free school meals. Included in each session is a meal. Children are guaranteed a safe, fun filled, action packed day. All clubs are run by qualified, enhanced DBS and first aid trained staff. Children's arrival time is 8.30am. Children's pick-up time is between 3pm & 4pm- Last Collection is 4pm. If you do arrive before or after these allocated slots please call the office. !! Parking will not be available on school premises !! What to Bring Children must only bring the following items to holiday club; Please ensure all items of clothing are named so we are able to return any lost property One bag containing; • Appropriate and spare clothing (please plan for all weathers) and footwear (trainers)- A coat, we spend as much time outside as possible. • Any medication that will be needed throughout the day. Please make our staff aware of medical needs and medication provided on drop off so we can monitor this throughout the day. • Your child(ren) are able to bring scooters and helmets for all venues - No helmet, no scooting. Please note the scooter areas are not suitable for bikes. • Please note we do not allow children to bring mobile phones or any electronic devices to our holiday clubs. • If your child brings any personal items such as fidget toys, teddies, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost items.

Swimming Pool Party - HAF Leicester Leys Leisure Centre (4 - 16yrs)

Swimming pool access 5.00pm till 5.45pm (including floats, waves, and slides) Changing time 5.45pm till.6.00pm Because of the nature of this pool the following Health and Safety Policy applies: Children 0 – 3 years 1 Adult in the water to 2 children Children 4 – 8 years 1 Adult in the water to 3 children Children 9 – 10 years 1 Adult on poolside to 5 children in the water Children 11 years & above 1 Adult on poolside to 10 children in the water An adult is anyone aged 16 years and above, they are responsible for any child(ren) and must stay with them at all times. Parents/ guardians of child(ren) age 4 and under are advised to ensure the child(ren) wear armbands or appropriate buoyancy aids at all times when in the water. Leicester City Council reserves the right to refuse admission, especially if the above ratios are not adhered to.

Every day is an adventure at Manor Farm Park & Woodlands. You’ll find over 20 types of animals to see, woodlands to explore and both indoor and outdoor play areas to discover. Manor Farm Park & Woodlands offers a full day of fun for children and grown-ups alike. Introduce your children to their favourite animals, then let their imaginations run wild in the woodlands, maize maze (usually available July to October) and play areas, With pathways suitable for pushchair access, Manor Farm Park & Woodlands is the perfect destination for young families. Situated in over 25 acres of countryside on the Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire border, just 10 minutes from the M1 Motorway, Manor Farm Park & Woodlands is easily accessible from Nottingham, Loughborough, Leicester and Derby Manor Farm Park event will include a child picnic box for lunch (food offering is for the children only) Parents are welcome to purchase drinks and food from the cafe but this must be paid for by yourselves. Events allows the child in receipt of BENEFIT related free school meals to be accompanied by a maximum of 1 adult and any siblings. Siblings MUST be booked on. * BENEFIT related free school meal children and their families- eligibility will be checked and we hold the right to withdraw places. Jump Giant event will consist of 1 hours play and then child's Hotdog/burger lunch with slushie (food offering is for the children only) Parents are welcome to purchase drinks and food from the cafe but this must be paid for by yourselves. When evil wizards Razamel and Gargamel take Papa Smurf, the Smurfs embark on a mission to the real world to save him. With help from some new friends, they must discover what defines their destiny to save the universe. The upcoming Smurfs movie in 2025 is rated PG in the UK. The PG rating indicates that some scenes may be unsuitable for young children and parental guidance is suggested. Child events allows the child in receipt of BENEFIT related free school meals to be accompanied by a maximum of 2 adults and any siblings. Siblings must be booked on. your HAF code must be provided. We have the right the cancel your booking if you cannot supply this. HAF codes will be checked with Leicestershire County Council. Please ensure you only select the session you can attend. 1 session booking per child. * BENEFIT related free school meal children and their families- eligibility will be checked and we hold the right to withdraw places During our Summer Activities Parents must remain on the activity site at all times to supervise their children and have full responsibility for this. TB SPORT staff are on site to assist with requests for information and other aspects of the HAF Programme as covered by the DFE's funding. Jungle Bugs Soft Play

We are a family run soft play centre set in the heart of Melton Mowbray. We offer a safe, secure and inclusive environment for children to explore whilst having fun in the jungle. Jungle bugs soft play offers a variety of activities and play equipment for children up to the age of eight years to explore. Our two story soft play centre (includes a wave slide, climbing frames, swinging bash bags, rollers and a selection of soft animals) is the perfect size and designed so parents and carers can supervise and see their children at all times. The smaller area caters for our younger explorers, this offers soft shapes, hoppers, mirrors and a slide. And the den is our new addition and is perfect for imaginative play. Jungle bugs event will consist of 1 hours play and then child's buffet for lunch ( food offering is for the children only) Parents are welcome to purchase drinks and food from the cafe but this must be purchased by yourselves.
