The Holiday Activities and Food Program (HAF) is funded by the Department for Education. TB SPORT are running face to face sessions that are FREE to children and young people aged 4 – 13 years and receiving benefits-related free school meals. Included in each session is a meal. Children are guaranteed a safe, fun filled, action packed day. All clubs are run by qualified, enhanced DBS and first aid trained staff. Children's arrival time is 8.30am. Children's pick-up time is between 3pm & 4pm- Last Collection is 4pm. If you do arrive before or after these allocated slots please call the office. !! Parking will not be available on school premises !! What to Bring Children must only bring the following items to holiday club; Please ensure all items of clothing are named so we are able to return any lost property One bag containing; • Appropriate and spare clothing (please plan for all weathers) and footwear (trainers)- A coat, we spend as much time outside as possible. • Any medication that will be needed throughout the day. Please make our staff aware of medical needs and medication provided on drop off so we can monitor this throughout the day. • Your child(ren) are able to bring scooters and helmets for all venues - No helmet, no scooting. Please note the scooter areas are not suitable for bikes. • Please note we do not allow children to bring mobile phones or any electronic devices to our holiday clubs. • If your child brings any personal items such as fidget toys, teddies, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost items.
