Enjoy a family day out at the seaside. Free transport provided. Meet at the designated pick up point Families must be on time for the return coach. We do not take responsibility if you miss the coach home Family events allows the child in receipt of BENEFIT related free school meals to be accompanied by a maximum of 2 adults and any siblings. Siblings must be booked on. * BENEFIT related free school meal children and their families- eligibility will be checked and we hold the right to withdraw places This is a family event- All children must be accompanied by an adult to the event and remain with them until the event is over. TB SPORT staff will be on site but for signing in and information purposes only. We do require you answer how many adults will be attending with you booking so we can inform the coach company. Should you no longer be able to attend this event after booking please let us know via email(haf@tbsport.uk) so we can offer the opportunity to others that could be waiting for a space. For any other HAF related enquiries please email haf@tbsport.uk • All venues we hire have CCTV and we work closely with the venue and the relevant authorities to eliminate unacceptable behaviour. This programme is funded for children to take part in enriching activities over the Winter Holidays. We work closely with our venue's to ensure all children's experiences are a positive one. • No alcohol is to be consumed for the duration of this trip and the trip is is no smoking. Any alcohol consumed on site or parents smoking outside the venue will lead to a permanent ban on all of our current and future activities for your children as well as return access denied. Our staff have been informed of this and will enforce this. • This is a trip with access to PUBLIC venues, we have a private coach and our Risk Assessment states due to this that during our Summer Activities a Parent or Carer must remain on the activity site at all times to supervise their children within the venue and have full responsibility for this. TB SPORT staff are on site to coordinate the activity and assist with requests for information and other aspects of the HAF Programme as covered by the DFE's funding. • As a reminder when children are taking part in our offsite activities it is a non negotiable that your conduct when dropping off, collecting or supervising your children must meet our expectations along with good behaviour from all children taking part. We are the venue's guests. Any unacceptable behaviour inside or outside the venue will lead to a permanent ban on all of our current and future activities for your children. Our staff have been informed of this and will enforce this. • When taking part in any of our Summer Activities if your children or you have any minor concerns please speak with either our staff members or the host venues staff members straight away as they will be able to resolve these. Please, please let us know if you can let make it by emailing haf@tbsport.uk to cancel as we often have many no shows with full waiting lists. This is an incredibly popular event and we could only hire 56 seats on the coach for adults and children. Many children who have enquired unfortunately miss out so if you know you cannot attend please allow us to reallocate those spaces.
